These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BorderSMP store (the "Store") and the in-game content and virtual items sold through it. By making a purchase or using the Store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Store.
The Store is operated by the operator of the BorderSMP Minecraft server ("we", "us", "our"). The Store sells optional virtual goods (ranks, in-game currency known as "Gems", and similar perks) for use on the BorderSMP server.
All items sold are virtual goods that exist only within the BorderSMP server. They have no real-world or monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you for personal use on the server — not sold as property.
Items are delivered automatically to the in-game username you provide, usually within a few seconds of a successful payment. You should be online, or join shortly after purchase, so the server can apply your items. If an item is not delivered within a reasonable time, contact us (see below) and we will resolve it.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
As an EU-based trader, we respect your statutory right of withdrawal. Because items are digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Full details, including how to withdraw and when refunds apply, are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Your mandatory statutory rights are not affected.

Violating these rules may result in removal of items, suspension, or a permanent ban from the server without refund.
Purchasing items does not exempt you from the server rules. If you are banned or suspended for breaking the rules, you are not entitled to a refund for any items or time remaining, except where required by law.
If you start a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we may remove all purchased items and ban the associated account and username from the server and Store. We are always happy to help resolve genuine problems directly.
The Store and the server are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may take the server or Store offline for maintenance, updates, or for reasons beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store, the server, or any virtual items. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Store after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
BorderSMP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB, Microsoft, or Minecraft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang AB.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence in the EU. If you have a complaint we cannot resolve directly, you may contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите).
